Empowering Youth Workers through Non-Formal Learning

Our innovative training programs use sports as a tool for social inclusion. We believe that sports can promote teamwork, leadership, and communication skills, and create an environment for personal growth and development. Our programs are designed to enable youth workers to use these skills to empower young people and promote social inclusion.

"The Training Course aimed at inclusion through sports  and  has been good practise for me as I used to work with kids for years .It' was exciting to see different ways to include people with any difficulties, special needs to any game with just some modifications.Participants are gaining practical skills and raising the sense of empathy and awareness , which is essential in facing social inclusion challenges.
My favourite day was the trip to school when we had the chance to do in practice the activities we created and get feedback from the kids .Apart from that we met a lot of interesting people from different countries and had the chance to discuss share ideas and make friendships.
